自1999年起，集团与曼彻斯特大学、布里斯托大学、利兹大学等世界一流大学组成的英国北方大学联合会(NCUK)密切合作，共同开发完善NCUK课程体系，在全国多所大学和重点高中建立了近20个教学中心，包括2000年青岛二中英澳预科班，延续至今成为梅尔顿国际预科学院已有二十余年。

NCUK课程由英国各高校派出专家教授设计，课程标准受到广泛认可，其中学术英语EAP成绩可替代雅思等语言标化考试。包括英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、美国、加拿大、马来西亚等国家的70+所成员大学，为NCUK学生提供优先录取通道，还可申请UCL、KCL、帝国理工、澳洲国立、悉尼大学等名校。

Since 1999, the Group has maintained close collaboration with the Northern Consortium of UK Universities (NCUK), comprising world-class institutions such as the University of Manchester, the University of Bristol and the University of Leeds. Together, they have jointly developed and continuously refined the NCUK curriculum system, establishing nearly 20 teaching centres across universities and key secondary schools nationwide. This includes the UK–Australia Foundation Programme at Qingdao No. 2 Secondary School launched in 2000, which has been sustained for over two decades and has since evolved into the Milton International Foundation College.

NCUK programmes are designed by expert academics appointed by UK universities, and their academic standards are widely recognised. Results in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) may be used in place of standardised language proficiency tests such as IELTS. More than 55 NCUK member universities across the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and Malaysia provide priority admission routes for NCUK students, who are also eligible to apply to leading institutions including UCL, King’s College London, Imperial College London, the Australian National University and the University of Sydney.
